Game Mastering in Computerspielen
Abstract
The Game Master as known from the classic roleplaying games could still not be placed satisfactorily in computer games. To resolve the issue, this work describes a concept how those tools could be structured more effectively and what skills they need. Therefore, three areas, largely independent of each other, are identified and the most important features of a tool are named. The features are explained and additional explanations based on graphics are given. This results in a concept, which shall facilitate the creation of a Game Master Tool and contribute new ideas.
