Abstract

 

The goal of this master thesis is to explore, if there is a social facilitation effect in 2d puzzle games. For this purpose a 2d puzzle game will be developed. Afterwards a study will be carried out. The goal of this study is to examine the social facilitation effect in a 2d puzzle game.
For this purpose the participants will play the 2d puzzle game with or without a digital agent.
To examine, if there is a difference in easy and hard tasks some participants will play the game in a easy mode and some participants will play the game in a hard mode.
